Меня зовут literally means “they call me”; use it to give your name. After из, the place name takes the genitive form: Россия → из России, Москва → из Москвы. Use Привет with friends; Здравствуйте is more formal.
In Russian, the infinitive is the dictionary form of the verb, usually ending in -ть. For example, 'пить' (to drink) becomes 'Я хочу пить' (I want to drink). This pattern works with many verbs and lets you talk about your day.
For feminine nouns like вода, the accusative ending is -у: воду. For masculine inanimate nouns like чай and сок, the accusative is the same as the nominative. For infinitives like есть and спать, no change is needed.
